We at Mitchell Interactive, LLC. , know your opinion matters. Our clients depend on your thoughts, which is why we are so committed to respecting and protecting your privacy . When you register to be a Mitchell Interactive participant, we promise to carefully guard your personal information and to take steps to use it only in ways compatible with this Privacy Policy.

Mitchell Interactive monitors the privacy policies of other industry organizations and relation legislation. It does not resell, rent, trade or otherwise redistribute personally identifiable information to anyone outside of our company, unless required to do so by law or to protect our property and the safety of our employees and that of others. In addition, you will not be contacted for any sales or other direct marketing as a result of participating in a Mitchell Interactive study. Personal information is not disclosed to any third party, but is combined with the responses of many other study participants. All individual responses are confidential and your identity will be protected.

Registration & Updates
When you register for a register to be a potential Mitchell Interactive study participant, you will be asked for a username (a valid email address) and requested to establish a password. Your username and password will allow you to securely update any changes or errors to your personal information. We will make every attempt to protect your data from loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorized access.

Children under 13-years-old are requested to bring a parent/guardian to the computer to complete the registration process. We require the parent's email address as part of the initial registration process, which enables us to contact the parent and obtain consent. Parents have the opportunity to review the child's data. Parental consent must be provided or the child's name will be deleted from our database. Parental permission also will be requested prior to the child's participation in any particular study topic.

Opt-out
Individuals may request to have their email address removed from the Mitchell Interactive database at any time. Parents and legal guardians of children under the age of 18 may have their child's information removed the same way. Your email address will be removed within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation. To opt-out of the database please send an email to webmaster@mitchellinteractive.com with opt-out in the subject line.

Cookies
We use cookies to track a participant's progress through our Web surveys. They do not collect any personal indentification information or extract any information from your computer. They expire at the end of the survey.

Enforcement
Mitchell Interactive is committed to doing all that is fair and necessary to rapidly resolve any complaints or concerns regarding privacy. We reserve the right to review and modify this policy at anytime and ask that you review this page occasionally.
